Armando Carrion

Founder

Armando learned to fly in Gray's Creek, North Carolina and served 22 years in the US Air Force specializing in light tactical fixed wing, special missions. He has crewed 26 different aircraft ranging from heavy cargo and airlift airframes to small general aviation aircraft employed in unique roles. He has also volunteered for over 25 years serving as a Search and Rescue, Disaster Relief, and Counter-Drug mission pilot. Armando currently holds an FAA Airline Transport Pilot Certificate with DC3T and Hawker 800 Type Ratings. 

Rob Arduini

Pilot

Rob learned to fly in a Piper J-3 Cub in Upstate New York and has subsequently served over 13 years in the US Air Force as a navigator and pilot on several aircraft from KC-135 tankers to medium turboprop special mission airframes. He has piloted many general aviation aircraft; built, owns and operates a Vans RV-8, and is building a Sonex. Rob currently holds an FAA Commercial Certificate with Instrument and multiple ratings and endorsements.

Jose Carrion

Pilot / Instructor

Jose learned to fly in Central Florida and went on to instruct for numerous flight schools before joining the airlines. He has worked for several major (Part 121) airlines including overseas work on the Bombardier Regional Jet. He currently flies for an on-demand charter service operating the Global Express. Jose currently holds an FAA Airline Transport Pilot Certificate, Certificated Flight Instructor (single/multi/instrument) and Advanced Ground Instructor. He is type rated in Bombardier Challenger, CRJ, Global Express, Dash-8/Q400 as well as the Hawker 800.

Lara Carrion

General Manager

Lara has over 19 years of experience in the medical industry where she specialized in billing, documentation, and federal regulatory compliance. She was recognized as a Fellow in her field for sustained excellence in training, education, and adherence to ethical and professional standards. Most recently, she was a senior auditor and quality assurance director for a national medical accreditation organization. She is also a student pilot, an aviation enthusiast. Reno Air Race team member, and a member of Women in Aviation, International.
